Brian Barr
Brian has been a Solicitor for 28 years, specialising in high value, complex
accident and clinical negligence claims. He is a member of the Association
of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and Action versus Medical Accidents
(AvMA).
He has a particular enthusiasm for high profile and “cutting edge” litigation.
Since winning a settlement of £1.25 million for a fibromyalgia sufferer in 1997, he has taken a particular interest in FM and other chronic pain cases for Claimants.
In 2002, Brian set up his own firm, the first of its kind to cater
specifically for Fibromyalgia and other chronic pain sufferers. He
has successfully
settled many cases with numerous awards of several hundred thousand
pounds.
In his spare time Brian enjoys participating in sport, in particular
cricket and hill walking.
Lyndsey Ryan
Lyndsey has been with the firm since September 2002. She carried out
her legal training before qualifying as a solicitor in July 2004. She
is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
Lyndsey has a particular interest in cases involving chronic pain and
M.E. and has successfully concluded many cases for Claimants with compensation
ranging from several thousand pounds up to £300,000.
In her spare time, Lyndsey enjoys watching football, attending music
concerts and going to the gym.
